General Conditions 

Age. Students of all ages can attend courses.

Registration. Please send us the completed Registration Form together with a copy of the acknowledgement of your payment to the email address: infonelblu@libero.it Confirmation of registration and relevant invoice will be forwarded to you.

Registration Dates. There is no fixed date for inscription. You can apply for a course at any time. According to our availability we will confirm the course.

Cancellation. Cancellations always have to be sent in written form.

Ø        Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to commencement of course:

- are subject to loss of the enrolment fee (50€)

- The cost of the course will be refunded.

Ø       Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to commencement of course:

     - are subject to loss of the enrolment fee (50€)

     - 50% of the amount paid for the course will be refunded.

Ø       For cancellations received after the period of 15 days prior to commencement of course no refund is made.

There will not be any surcharges, if the student who has cancelled will send us another person taking his place.

Deadline for cancelling online lesson without charge: 24 hours in advance. .
 

Insurance. The cost of the course does not include any insurance.
